I couldn't of asked for a better day or better company to help my celebrate my 30th birthday! Ryker and I spent the day at the pool and park (I'm not sure who had more fun, him or me!) and finished my birthday celebration with a dinner with the entire family at one of my favorite restaurants (CPK!). My mom decided to meet up with us at the park, which I was so grateful for because it allowed me to steal some really cute pictures of me and my little man on my birthday.

As Ryker would say, "Wee!!".
The park that we went to had one of those climbing ladders, and Ryker kept asking me "please, please" every time we walked by it. So I finally caved in and allowed him to try it and to my surprise I didn't have to help him once. He was such a big boy and didn't get stumped or stuck once, his little monkey butt just climbed right up it.
There is nothing better than seeing that little smile on his face!
Going down the slide all by himself! When he got to the bottom he would shout, "I did it!".
This ladder was so much fun for him and he climbed up it a handful of times.
Such fun :)
After a good hour and a half I had to end our park fun early because it was so HOT out! But don't worry, our fun didn't end here. We headed to Otter Cove where Ryker could still enjoy some slides and I could be submerged in cool water ( I started to ask myself why we didn't start here in the first place:) ).
After the pool we headed to CPK (California Pizza Kitchen) to meet up with everyone else for some yummy dinner and family time.
By the time we got to the desert, Ryker had passed out from all the fun we had (poor guy, we played so hard)!
