ScArECrOw FeStiVaL

Kris, Ryker and I headed in to St.Charles to meet up with Grandma and Grandpa Rissman, Auntie Tiff, Uncle J, and Cousin Landon earlier this month for the Scarecrow Festival. Above is a picture of a scarecrow that was made out of only bicycle parts (really neat).

People get really creative, this scarecrow was made out of used water bottles (CRAZY)!

The scarecrows fill up one of the parks downtown St.Charles and people come from all over to see these well thought out displays ( Above is snow white and the 7 dwarfs).

The boys weren't to sure about the scarecrows but they did love the carousel ride.

Look at that smile! This little guys loves his carousel rides (he looks like such a big boy in this picture)!

Once the carousel came to a stop, Ryker started signing "more" to Kris (such a stinker).

Above is a picture of Ryker and cousin Landon racing some trucks. This was a cute little stand that the boy scouts put together and the kids loved it. Next stop........build your own scarecrow, and petting zoo. TIff, Uncle J, Kris and I helped Landon and Ryker build their very first scarecrow together and they did great. Even though the weather was an all time high for this time a season, we had a great time and had lots of family bonding.
