Kris and I brought in the New Year this year with our closest friends Ryan and Kristin and their daughter Layla and Kayte, and Brody and their new little man Mason. We had an wonderful dinner supplied with good company, and lots of entertainment from Miss Layla and her cousin Shea (they are so adorable together!)! I have to admit I was a little nervous that Kris wouldn't make it to ring in the New Year with me (he had been up for 30+ hours between snow plowing and work), but he was such a trooper and made it till midnight and then some. 2009 was a year that Kris and I will never forget and I was kind of sad to see it go, but look forward to what 2010 has in store for us!
