Kris and I are convinced that we have a little genius in training! At 9 months Ryker is now walking, pointing, saying "tis" (which I think is this), sharing his toys with mama and dada, throwing and rolling a ball, gives hugs (we are working on kisses), and climbing on everything. Our little energizer bunny is very busy and keeps me on my toes at all times. I have a permanent smile on my face when I am with him! He has become so silly and thinks it's hilarious when I pretend that he has scarred me. Our formerly easy eater has become quite the choosy costumer! Ryker has also started to develop some separation anxiety (I think I have too). With me returning back to work in 2 weeks, I am definitely feeling my anxiety levels raising with the thought of me being away from him again for more than 13 hours at a time. I have become so spoiled having him with at all times and I have to admit I am not ready for it to end. However, I am trying to stay positive about it and remind myself how lucky I am that I still get to spend 4 days out of the week with him. At Ryker's 9 month well visit he was 18 pounds 3 ounces and 27.5 inches long. This was another great month for the 3 of us, and Kris and I can hardly wait to see what month 10 has in store for us.
