Another weekend spent North bound at the Rissman cabin = success!

However, this weekend away was a bit special because Ryker got to bring along one of his best buddies. That's right Ryker's best bud Mason and Mason's mommy and daddy (Kayte and Brody) joined us for a weekend away at the cabin. It was a full house at the cabin this time around (although, I think this is how Grams and Papa Rissman prefer it), with Grams and Papa Rissman, Uncle Jay, Tiff, Landon and Uncle Cody all on board as well.

Kayte and I decided to head up early Friday afternoon, with the thought that if we left during the boys nap time they would get a good nap in before all the fun started................however, it took the boys until the last hour in the car to settle down enough from their excitement to get a quick nap in (O'well, we will take whatever we can get!).

When we arrived at the beach Saturday morning this amazing sand gator was waiting for us.  The boys were a little unsure of it at first, but once they realized it was made out of sand they found it pretty neat.  

The dock was the place to be this weekend, Kris and Brody couldn't keep the boys in shore for the life of them. 

You could say that they got quite the workout in seeing as how they had to tread water the whole time while they caught the boys over and over again as they jumped into the water.
