Ryker has been asking for weeks to take a trip to the zoo and visit the "lazy bears" (we call them lazy because every time we visit the zoo, they are still sleeping). The first chance we got at a cool day we packed up for a day at the zoo. I think that if Ryker could have it his way he would go to the zoo everyday, he is so fascinated with all the animals and loves to chat about each one (this makes for a very long day at the zoo ;)). Above is a picture of Ryker at the end of the day doing our traditional good-bye carousel ride. As you can see from the picture he is all smiles from start to finish.......there is nothing better than seeing that adorable little smile fill his face all day long.
We always attempt to get their right when it opens, it seems that the animals are much more active first thing in the morning.

The baby orangutan was a sight to see..........so stinkin cute!
Ryker and I could of watched this little monkey all day long.....he was very active and very mischievous!
