Our little pumpkin is turning ONE!!!! Above is a picture of my little family pre-party. This last year has been the most amazing year in Kris's and my life. We both had no idea we could love something so much, and are so grateful to have Ryker in our lives. We decided to celebrate Ryker's 1st birthday doing what he currently loves best (fall themed activities). So we went with a "Our Little Pumpkin is Turning ONE" theme and it turned out to be a huge hit. I know I kinda went over board on all the pictures but bare with me, there was just too many cute ones!!! Please enjoy :)
The birthday BOY :)
Ryker's amazing smash cake along with the adorable pumpkin cupcakes.
The yummy dessert table filled with Jeanie's famous chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, carmel apples to go and pumpkin cupcakes.
This is just a picture of the tables :)
What good is a party without a bar (filled with hot chocolate and hot apple cider) :)
The adorable banner my girlfriend Jaime made me for the party (thanks Jaime!)!
The pumpkin carving table.
Build a scarecrow.
Just another view of the barn.
Auntie Shar and the birthday boy :)
And..........now there is 2! Cousin Landon got Ryker his very own cozy coupe!!!!!
Ryker and his buddy Mason.
Who needs 2 cozy coupes when there is 1 hot pink/purple bike to ride (these 2 boys look so cute fighting over who is going to ride the hot pink/purple bike!)?
Me and my little peanut! I still can't believe he is 1 year old (denial I know)!

PONY TIME!!!! This was definitely Ryker's favorite part of the party! As soon as his turn was done he would point to the horses and sign "more" over and over again until I put him back on again.
I think all the kiddo's wanted and got to ride the pony's more than once (they all just loved it!). There was over 16 little ones and the pony's were amazing the entire time.
It's crazy to me how independent he has become. He's just exploring the world one step at a time :)
Ryker's buddy Mason building a scarecrow.
Cake Time :)
As you can see from the picture above, the birthday cake was NOT a huge success. Kris and I attempted several times to get him to try the frosting on the cake but Ryker wanted nothing to do with it (what kid doesn't like frosting right?).
He got more and more upset the harder we tried, so cake time ended very quickly. I thought for sure if I gave it to him later he would definitely dive into it. However, I was wrong we got the same reaction but he did settle for a oatmeal raisin cookie (such a stinker).
We decided to get the hay rides going after the birthday cake extravaganza.Above is a picture of a sleepy birthday boy on the hay ride as every ones else loads up and gets settled.
The beautiful Miss Layla and her daddy Ryan :)
And............the birthday boy and his auntie still playing after everyone else had left. What a great day with a great turnout. Kris and I would like to thank everyone so much for coming out and helping us celebrate out little peanuts 1st birthday and for all the wonderful gifts. We would also like to thank every who helped out, it was very much appreciated!!!!!!!!
