Above is a picture that Kris and I took yesterday from
Ryker's 1 month well visit. Kris and I can hardly believe that we have been blessed with this little guy in our lives for a month now. Time really does fly by and we both couldn't be any happier.
Ryker got a good report from the
doctor yesterday and she was very impressed with his progress from his 1 week well visit. As you can see from the picture above
Ryker gets a lot of tummy time and impressed the doctor with how strong his neck is.
Now for some statistics on
Ryker's growth from his 1 week well visit.
Ryker weighed in at 8 pounds 2 ounces and 22 inches long. This put his weight in the 25
th percentile and his length in the 75
th percentile (Kris and I could hardly
believe how long this little guy is getting!), and his head measured exactly in the 50
th percentile.
So in 1 month
Ryker gained 14
ounces and grew 3 inches! During his first month he has started to smile (not that he knows what he's smiling at :)) started to pout when he's upset and made his first coo! I really can't tell you what one of these makes my heart melt more! I adore him so much and I am so grateful that I get to enjoy him everyday of my life.
