Update

Kris and I will getting another look at our handsome little guy this Friday! After my last doctor's appointment (which is every two weeks now) my doctor had a strong suspicion that this little guy is breech. Because of this she has scheduled us for another ultrasound to see what direction this little man is actually in. We're pretty excited to have the opportunity to get another glance at our little guy and are going into this ultrasound with high hopes that he is actually head down. I'll be sure to update everyone as soon as we know and post new pictures of our growing little man.

With 6 weeks left, our little guy now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds and is almost 18 inches long. While he won't get much longer, he will continue to pack on the pounds, including large amounts of baby fat right up 'til delivery day. Something else that's moving at a mind-boggling pace these days, his fetal brain development! There's a lot going on inside his tiny little head and good thing there's a lot going on inside of one of our heads, because lately the things that have been coming out of my mouth just don't make sense to anyone else but me (YIKES)! I sure hope this pregnancy brain goes away soon after birth :)
